Among these, the presence of <i>Harmerella nitida</i>, until now considered as Mediteranean endemic, and <i>Thuiaria articulata</i>, reputed as a deep sea sp, was noted. The settlements are studied and compared with those already described for the Archipel de Glenan. The circalittoral community of the latter has been found to be similar to those of Rochebonne at the same depth, although clear water allows <i>Laminaria hyperborea</i> to settle lower (up to 40 m below low tide).
