The sertolian cytoplasm is the site of double synthesis issued from endoplasmic reticulum and free ribosomes. It elaborates the problematic body and numerous secretory granules scattered at the apical pole of the cell. These essentially proteinaceous nutritive materials are excreted within the semen.
