Data is given on this paper about the abundance, diversity and community composition of each species and a study of the biogeographical affinities of this population is established according to the actual geographical distribution in the world. Species with affinities atlantics prevail with 74.3%, while the fish endemics in the area represent only 6.9%. The catch of <i>Pseudupeneus prayensis</i> (F. Mullidae) and <i>Hyporhamphus picarti</i> (F.
