The aim of the cruises <i>Eumeli</i> 2, 3 and 4 was to study oceanic fluxes in three areas of the tropical Eastern Atlantic north of the Cap Vert fold (18 to 21° N). One area presents a pattern of primary production of the eutrophic type (20° N - 18° W; 1,600 to 2,100 m) and is situated 60 miles off Cap Blanc, another a primary production pattern of the mesotrophic type (18° N - 20° W; 3,100 m) and is situated 270 miles from Cap Blanc and the last, of oligotrophic type (21° N - 31° W; 4, 500 m), is 900 miles from Cap Blanc. During these three cruises, where various sample collection techniques were used, only a few trawls (CPH: pole trawl) obtained a few rare specimens of Mysidacea all belonging to the genus <i>Gnathophausia</i> with a very extensive geographical range. In all, 16 trawls were carried out: 5 in the eutrophic zone, 2 of them positive, 7 in the mesotrophic zone, 3 of them positive, and 4 trawls in oligotropic zones, all negative. Using the other sampling techniques (coring, nets, automatic cages), no specimens of these mobile species were caught.","AbstractOtherLang":"Quatre espèces de <i>Gnathophausia</i> ont été capturées durant les campagnes <i>Eumeli</i> dans des fonds de 2 000 et 3 100 m au large de la Mauritanie. Les campagnes <i>Eumeli</i> 2, 3 et 4 avaient pour but l'étude des flux océaniques dans trois zones de l'Atlantique Est tropical au nord de la ride du cap Vert (18 à 21° N). L'une des zones présente une production primaire de type eutrophe (20° N - 18° W, 1 600 à 2 100 m) et se situe à 60 milles au large du cap Blanc, une autre a une production primaire de type mésotrophe (18° N - 20° W, 3 100 m) et se trouve à 270 milles du cap Blanc; la dernière, de type oligotrophe (21° N - 31°W, 4 500 m) est à 900 milles au large du cap Blanc. Au cours de ces trois campagnes où diverses techniques de collecte ont été employées, seuls quelques chalutages (CPH: chalut à perche) ont procuré quelques rares spécimens de Mysidacés appartenant tous au genre <i>Gnathophausia</i> à très large répartition géographique.
