Cette étude a été faite par électrophorèse sur gel de polyacrylamide au niveau de la glande digestive des moules de taille 30-40 mm issues d'une part, d'un milieu naturel pollué (situé à proximité des rejets industriels du complexe de traitement des phosphates dans la région de Jorf-Lasfar, Maroc) et d'autre part, d'une contamination au laboratoire par le chlorure de cadmium. Parallèlement, nous avons réalisé le dosage spectrophotométrique du cadmium au niveau de ces mêmes glandes. L' activité des estérases au niveau des glandes digestives montre des variations notables entre les moules prélevées dans les sites pollués et celles issues de la station de référence. Les enzymogrammes obtenus présentent quatre zones d'activité estérasique (A, B, C et D) qui incluent plusieurs fractions dont la densité de la zone B et C est très élevée chez les animaux contrôles. Pour les moules traitées au laboratoire, on note l'absence de la zone A et une diminution de l'activité au niveau des zones B, C et D des glandes digestives des animaux contaminés après 48 heures d'exposition. Pour les animaux exposés pendant 24 heures au même metal, la densité des différentes zones avoisine celle des animaux non traités.","AbstractOtherLang":"The variation of the esterases activity was studied in function of pollution level on <i>Mytilus galloprovincialis</i>. This study was realised by electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel on digestive gland of mussels (size 30-40mm) sampled on one hand, of the natural polluted middle (located near a complex of treatment of the phosphates in the area of Jorf-Lasfar, Morocco) and on the other hand, of the rearing in the laboratory after contamination by the chloride of cadmium. In the same time, measurements of cadmium content in the tissues of the digestive gland were carried out. Esterases activity on digestive glands showed a variation between the mussels coming from polluted stations and those the reference station. The zymograms obtained present four zones of esterase activity (A, B, C and D) who includes several fractions which the density of the zone B and C is very elevated at the animals witness. For the mussels treated in the laboratory, one notes the absence of the zone A and the reduction of the activity on the zone B, C and D of the digestive glands of animals contaminated after 48 hours of treatment.
