The colonies exist mainly out of mossy structures, in which the individuals can be bearly spotted with the naked eye. A little more research into this species shows a surprisingly variety in colours and shapes. The faunistical properties of this species are also very interesting.

Distribution patterns and habitat preferences know a great diversity.
