BioFlow is a consortium of 18 European institutes located in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. All of these groups are working with biological flume tanks of varying sizes and designs. Although the focus of research and expertise in the different laboratories is very diverse, all groups are working on the interface between aquatic biology and hydrodynamics.
