Description in English: The programme was designed and installed by Stefan Nehring in 1995 with the aim to get more data about macrozoobenthos in German North Sea estuaries. It was installed as a long-term monitoring, however, without any statuatory regulation. Since 1995 the data are integrated in the national "Bund Länder Messprogramm (BLMP)".
Abstract in English: This dataset contains macrozoobenthos data from the BfG - Estuary Monitoring Programme.
