 Toxopneustes roseus (globiferous pedicellariae) Description Stalked globiferous pedicellariae: There are two kinds: A small number of large ones (yellowish) and numerous smaller ones (whitish). In both the valves are connected by a thin skin. They are equipped with poison glands on their stalks and long, sharp hooks at the ends of the valves.
