Dit is het tweede boek uit werk over kevers in de Pacific en bespreekt de families van de Staphiliniformia. Na een inleiding wordt een identificatiesleutel van families gegeven van deze groep kevers. Daarna worden de volgende families beschreven (met telkens een identificatiesleutel voor de verschillende soorten): Silphidae, Leptinidae, Leiodidae, Staphylinidae, Scydmaenidae, Scaphidiidae, Clambidae, Corylophidae, Ptiliidae.;Boek I: BOS 1060; Boek IV: BOS 1061. |
