Abstract
    A new species of Columbellidae: Mitrella leeannae sp. nov. is introduced as new to science. The species is found at Saint Helena Island. It is compared with its closest congeners Mitrella ocellata (Gmelin,1791) and Mitrella africana Rolan, 2005.
