Abstract
    Five new spp of harpacticoid copepods, Noodtiella enertha sp. nov., Psyllocamptus carolinensis sp. nov., Pseudoleptomesochrella bisetosa sp.nov., Interieptomesochra boguensis sp. nov., and Leptastacus jenner sp. nov., are described from sandy beaches near Morehead City, North Carolina. Psammotopa vulgaris Pennak from the Massachusetts type locality and from North Carolina are compared and redescribed.
