| Abstract |
Six samples of teleostome fishes found in exploited Gracilaria verrucosa algae were studied. The algae with the fishes were collected in the estuarine confluence of Quempillen and Pudeto rivers, Ancud, Chile. Forty one specimens of four species appeared:Notothenia cornucola Richardson 1845 (80,5% of the sample), Eleginops maclovinus (Valenciennes, 1830) (14,6%), Galaxias maculatus (Jenyns 1842) (2,4%) and Myxodes viridis Valenciennes 1836 (2,4%). Each species is analyzed in size, sex and presence. |
