Abstract
    The history of Marginella ornata Redfield, 1870 is reviewed, and three new species from South Africa are hereunder described, namely Marginella donaikeni n. sp., Marginella rubrovittata n. sp. and Marginella roseaflavescens n. sp. from South Africa.
