Abstract
A detailed description is given of the actual evolution of three phylogenetic lineages within the Schwagerininae, of which the final members were formerly combined under the general name Pseudofusulina. For each lineage, a comparative study of the rate and direction of evolution is carried out. The characteristics of the morphogenesis of these three lineages coincide in many respects ; for this reason, heterogenous taxa of the Pseudofusulina- type habe been created. Differences in the speed and processes of morphological transformation allow to prove the independence of each phylogenetic lineage and of the genera constituting these lineages.
