| Abstract |
This study reports the occurrence of the marine gastropod, Latissistrombus sinuatus ([Lightfoot], 1786), of the family Strombidae in the Andaman Islands. The study includes comprehensive description of the shell morphology, habitat characteristics, illustrations, and a review of its previously recorded geographical distribution in India. |
