Her key competences are specialised in modelling of rivers and coastal areas. Through research as well as project work in Denmark and the UK, she has acquired extensive knowledge on hydrodynamic, sediment transport and morphological processes. The emphasis in her work has been on morphological development of the sea/river bed arising from natural processes or from human interaction such as dredging.
