Description
During May and June 1965 a study was conducted on the physical, chemical and biological oceanographic conditions in Nanoose Bay. This resource contains the phytoplankton observations collected as part of this study. Relative abundance of taxa in each sample was recorded as occurrence remarks. more

The general purpose of this program was to carry out a time series study of primary and secondary producers at a fixed point. For the location, a small bay was chosen which was restricted at the entrance by a sill and a breakwater. The study area was sampled on 17 different events between May and June 1965.
