The data were obtained in the framework of the research project BIOMARES (LIFE06 NAT/P/000192) - Restoration and Management of Biodiversity in the Marine Park Site Arrábida Espichel (PTCON0010). The samples were collected with a Smith-McIntyre grab in georeferenced sites along the Marine Park during three dedicated sampling surveys carried out in July 2007, 2008 and 2009.
