Transparent exopolymer particles measured monthly in the Zeeschelde at 11 stations Citable as data publication Vyverman, W.; Maris, T.; Daveloose, I.; Sabbe, K.; Meire P.; Protistology & Aquatic Ecology - Ugent; Ecosystem Management Research Group - Uantwerpen; De Vlaamse Waterweg, Belgium; (2021): Transparent exopolymer particles measured monthly in the Zeeschelde at 11 stations. https://doi.org/10.14284/453 Contact: Maris, Tom Availability: This dataset is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Description Transparent exopolymer particles measured monthly in the Zeeschelde at 11 stations, independently of the tidal phase and spring/neap cycle. more Bucket samples at the water surface were taken once a month at each station to estimate the TEP concentration. To determine the TEP concentration, we followed the colorimetric method described in Claquin et al. (2008), which is adapted from Passow and Alldredge (1995b).
