Ocean Sampling Day 2014 genomic observations (16S V4) in the Belgian Part of the North Sea Citation Contact: Mortelmans, Jonas Availability: To the extent possible under law, the person who associated CC0 with this dataset has waived all copyright and related or neighboring rights to this dataset. Notes: Data types available: spreadsheet and documentation Description The Ocean Sampling Day (OSD) is a simultaneous sampling campaign of the world’s oceans which took place on June 24th, 2014. These cumulative samples, related in time, space and environmental parameters, provide insights into fundamental rules describing microbial diversity and function and contribute to the blue economy through the identification of novel, ocean-derived biotechnologies. This dataset describes samples collected by Flanders Marine Institute.
