Description

Plankton assemblages were surveyed using standard nets (WP2) in a fixed station in the Cabo Frio upwelling region (Brazil). Plankton samples were taken with 100um at sub-surface (~1 meter) and analyzed with flowcam.

The parameters measured were: Temperature, Salinity, Depth, Extracted Chl-a, Dissolved Oxygen, Zooplankton taxonomy, Phytoplankton abundance, Femtoplankton, Picoplankton abundance.

The sampling devices used were WP2 nets and Niskin bottles.
