A high-throughput screening of extracted compounds was performed and an open-source comprehensive database was created, combining structural, (analytical) mass spectral, biological activity information of the compounds. This dataset contains the data of the LC-MS screening, which was performed by the Metabolomics Core Ghent (MCG) of the Flanders Institute for Biotechnology (VIB).
