| Abstract |
The fish market regulations at La Rochelle of 28 June 1603 give us information: on the species which were sold and then caught at the beginning of the 17th century; on the species present on the market at this time and which are now scarce; on their marketable value, very different from present marketable value; on the rules, the hours and the place of the fish market. |
