Description
experiment on the effect of the diversity of cryptic species of L. marina on decomposition processes: different combination of species ("treatment": 1 = only Pm1 ; 2=only Pm2; 3=only Pm3; 4=only Pm4; 1234=all 4 species) at different time moments (1-5; each 5 days) numbers of nematodes, enzymatic concentration (gluc and amin) and organic weight loss was calculated per substrate type (algae and sediment) (tab= enzymatic_weigthloss) Assemblage dynamics of the 1234-treatment were acheived after qPCR Fictitive assemblages were made by summing up abundances of Pm1; Pm2, Pm3 and Pm4 (tab=assembalgedynamics)
