The FA were determined with gas chromatography. more Dataset with the values of different fatty acids found in mantle tissue of Mytilus edulis platensis, in three months (June, July and December 2019). Composition analysis of fatty acids was carried out using a gas chromatograph. Analysis was done in February 2020.
