Abstract
Within the framework of the assignement to draw up a plan of action for the Rhine-Scheldt-delta, SESO has been asked to provide the necessary economic advice. The contribution consisits of a critical survey of notes, consultation and incorporation of economic studies, participation in deliberation and occasional logistical support.
