Abstract
Gemeentelijk plan inzake ontsluiting van Sluis naar de zee, met de bedoeling om Sluis een rechtstreekse verbinding te geven met de zee, gekoppeld met aanleg van een jachthaven, een schutsluis, aanleg van wachthavens, verbreden van uitwateringskanaal en een verlengde strekdam.
Aanvullend plan om in Breskens de Spuikom te herinrichten, en de jachthaven aldaar uit te breiden
