Abstract
Chris Lashley, a phd student from IHE, is doing research on overtopping in shallow foreshore using state-of-the-art numerical models such as SWASH and XBeach under supervision of Prof Jentsje van der Meer. In 2017 Jentsje requested to provide physical model dataset from FHR for him. CAE and TSI had a meeting with Chris about the data provision and we agreed that we follow up his study. CAE and TSI expect to spend a few days per person per year (3x2x4=24) over 4 years. Main activity is to exchange knowledge on this topic, including data provision of our physical model datasets.
