Abstract
    Two new species are described: Desmolorenzenia cooleni sp. nov. characterized by the very small body length and by the head shape, with the extreme anterior border provided with six fine labial setaePrototricoma dherdei sp. nov. characterized by its habit, the head shape, anteriorly tapered to a narrow truncated end and by the shape of the spicules in males. The genusPrototricoma is discussed. A redescription is given of the type species Prototricoma longicauda.
