Abstract
    The geographical distribution of the circumpolar panarctic Astarte borealis species complex and its bibliography is given. The study covers all literature sources worldwide that have dealt with some aspect of this complex. Only information on recent distribution was included. The contents of the publications are briefly reviewed in tabular form identifying the nomenclature used und the geographical distribution.
