Abstract
    The haemoglobin of Daphnia sp. is being isolated and researched on oxygen absorbent characteristics in vitro. From this can be deduced that the affinity of the oxygen depends on the temperature and the pH. NO effect has been found of the NaCl and ATP concentration. No co-operative effect has been found (Hill coefficient smaller than 1).
