Abstract
In aquacultuur, modulatie van de microbiota in het darmkanaal als een alternatief op antibitic, is voorgesteld als een alternatieve
preventieve techniek om ziekten te bestrijden. In deze studie wordt een gnotobiotische voedselketen op basis van Artemia gebruikt om de interactie
tussen intestinale microbiota en de immuun response in Artemia te bestuderen.
